Ammo Pickup Rebalance

This is a simple one, removes the ammo gimping that plagues many of the game's weapons making them not useable on the higher difficulties to the point where you're having to be extremely precise or you gotta start stealing ammo drops from your teammates in order to continue shooting.

Ammo pickup with this mod is now tied to the weapon's base damage.

Does not account for stuff like dmr kits or other gun parts that change ammo pickup values, those will have some funky pickup values if you choose to use them.
