📋 About This Mod
The eccentric philanthropist has spent years converting a grand foyer into an atrium filled with Florida native palms. No one understood why. More confusion came from construction crew assembling what appeared to be a dark boat ride. To the neighborhood's amusement (in the literal sense), the attraction opened upon Dr. William Monroe's passing. Maybe there was meaning to his dying word "Rosebush". Part of July 2022 Challenge. Excitement: 57. 6 (High) Intensity: 8. 1 (Low) Nausea: 6. 0 (Very low) Approximate Cost: ~$9,999. 11 Approximate Cost (without decoration): ~$4,889. 00
