This is Sakura spa, a lovely Japanese themed resort on a mountain with stunning natural hot springs perfect for a spa. The park wants to attract the local thrill seeking younger audience to increase profits. Use your park building prowess to prove to the owners once and for all that you can make them a profit. The Park boundaries are very strangely shaped and it isn't allowed to build higher than the shrine on top of the mountain.
