Approximate Cost: ~$10,028.10 Approximate Size: ~ 4 x 11 Includes 1 Customizable Shop. Heavy used of mods. This row of buildings make up the left side of Hollywood Boulevard at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The exterior features 3 shops: Mickey's of Hollywood, Pluto's Toy Palace, and Disney & Company. The interior is just one combined store and is the park's largest. The architecture dates to 1930s Hollywood where art deco and Spanish influences were seen. Mickey's of Hollywood is based off actual buildings found in California including the Baine Building at 6601 Hollywood Blvd, Security-First National Bank of Los Angeles at 5209 Wilshire Blvd, and 6424 Santa Monica Blvd. Updated: 12/27/2022 to add more details and realism. REQUIRED ITEMS Mod Break Down: Catwalks - Used on the 3rd floor balconies on the main facade. Extra Lights - Only 1 object - the lights on the billboard. (not needed) Pirates! - Heavy use for roofing and windows. Cyberpunkland - Neon lettering. Geometritect - Heavy use for various architectural elements and details. Textured Walls - Multiple uses as base of facade and around Pluto's Toy Palace. Resortitect: Hotel & pool mod - Heavy use for poles/posts, clothing in windows, etc. Better Letters - Heavy use on signage Scifitect - 1 object for sign glow. Props Galore -1 object - teddy bear in shop window (not needed) Fancytect - Heavy use for lighting and architectural details.
