Your grandfather owned this land, and recently passed. He didn't leave you much, but he left you this debt filled train station that you are free to do as you wish. You have $1000 to your name after paying off your grandfathers debt and you want to build it to a robust theme park. You have not networked with enough ride manufacturers yet, so you are limited on the rides you can build as well as shops. You can look to research a bathroom, however until then your main bathroom will be across from the entrance from the train station, in grandpas old house.
