📋 About This Mod
Approximate Cost: ~$3,009.00 Approximate Cost (without decoration): ~$2,415.00 + 4 predefined shop spots, depot and toilet included. + Roof deck for relaxation, fully sheltered + 4x3 building footprint. + Illumination included Quick to place and comes with a depot hub and toilets included. Usually 3-4 shop spots are sufficient (1 food, 1 drink, 1-2 miscellaneous like souvenirs or umbrellas) for a shop court, better build more courts than bigger ones. Glas roof directly over the delivery pad of the depot for the control freaks among us (like me), to check how much supply crates piling up. 2 employee path exits on different sides for easy access of staff (janitors).
