Comes with a glass roof so one can see inside. size: 4x5 The center is equipped with: - 2 toilets - 2 vending machines - information kiosk (w/4way access) - first aid room - staff room (hidden) - depot (hidden) - trash chute (hidden) - lights - trash bins - one empty space for a shop (between first aid room and left toilet) The protruding delivery tubes make the building higher than it actually is - move the utility center down 2. 5 units to place it on the ground. Don't forget to assign a hauler and a janitor. Approximate Cost: ~$6,960. 00 Approximate Cost (without decoration): ~$6,296. 00
