Approximate Cost: ~$854.50 A slightly bigger version of my Medieval village house 4. That one could be turned into a shop or something: just remove the front door and lay some paths inside. Spooky chimney and front porch. A couple of walls are medieval because the bricks are cute. But besides that it's all generic, so you don't have to fix much if you use it in a scenario in which you haven't unlocked medieval or spooky things.
