Fantastic Forest

After buying up (using multiple shell corporations of course) most of this plot of forested land for a theme park, you must prove to your investors that you can create a bustling theme park. Your investors will reward you handsomely for bringing in the guests, but they want your guests to be incredibly happy with the park. One more land owner still lives in the area and his buyout price is very steep. His only stipulation is that you never destroy his cabin. Scenario: • Have an experiences rating of at least 90% • Have at least 1,000 guests in your park • Have no loan debts • Have an overall park rating of at least 95% • Optional: Have at least 250 guests in your park • Optional: Have at least 500 guests in your park Note: There is no time limit for these objectives. I beat it in 10 years but I was overdoing my scenery and ride design. Every completed objective rewards you with cash. The final guest total rewards you with a very significant sum and a new roller coaster type. I posted a version of this scenario yesterday, and after test playing it, I made a few edits to the research and available techs. For example, I mistakenly made cotton candy available from the start instead of the customizable shop, that has been fixed. I added more shop types to the research because I was having fun putting food and drink areas around the park. I also disliked not having the customizable shop since the decoration of the shopfronts makes them more difficult to hide in scenery and requires more height to move over them with paths and rides. I wanted to create a difficult scenario that was still rewarding and fun. Let me know what you think in the comments.
