This is my solution to the combined problem of guests seeing haulers, inventory being located far away and shops needing to be kept clean. Build an underground staff tunnel to connect with the stairs located in this food court. Connect a transport system tunnel to the depot. *Create a zone on the inside staff walkways and dedicate a single janitor to 'clean shops' within that zone. Give this one a thumbs-up if you like it!
