Approximate Cost: ~$14,375.00 Requires picnic pack (for picnic tables) Multiple stores with a Depot and Break room hidden from view. All stores are loaded through the back so no complaints from customers. Which is a requirement to any bulding I ever make. These picnice tables are functional where people will sit down at the table and eat. They aren't my nod, but they have one minor glitch in that they leave a small line of the terrain under them. Usually I just color the terrain under them to look as close as possible.
