Emerald Bay

After months of negotiations, a deal has been struck with the city of Emerald Bay and the state to construct an amusment park off the coast line of Emerald Beach. As the current owner of Seaview Hotel, you have been chosen for this project. You will be granted building rights behind your hotel and rights to the pier. The city has also allowed access to the neighboring factory for shipment of goods and trash disposal. There is land that can be bought off the shore line however, you have requirements that must be met. If you meet these requirments that have been set, you will be granted additional properties with additional funds or attractions to build. While this may seem to be all in your favor there are some restrictions. All park entrance sales will be taxed by the city and state. You will be allowed to build attractions on the pier but cannot completly demolish it. There is also a high rise ban on all attractions that are built(no more than 8 units). If you can complete the task you have been given the state will provide you a favorable bonus and a position on the city consul.
