📋 About This Mod
Fred, ever the enterprising sort, decided it was time to build himself his dream theme park. Acquiring the land behind his house from a local farmer and the house next door from his neighbour, he embarked on a quest to build the best theme park that anyone has ever built in a small field behind their house. The farmer has agreed to sell additional land to Fred, but has put a hefty price of $100/square on it. If you get a 90+ happiness rating in year one, you will receive a fabulous prize from Fred's neighbours! Have fun!
