What it does

Sekhmet Cryst is introduced to the game as a wild Pal on the Sunreach Sky Islands (dungeon and open world), to The World Tree's cold region, and also as a Level 60 boss (Hoarfrost Sovereign Sekhmet Cryst) in the north region of Palpagos, along its loyal hound, Rayhound Cryst (a double battle, similar to the official centaur siblings!). The boss fight will also reward you with a new, exclusive Bounty Token that makes your Ice-type Pals stronger.

Alternatively, use the Breeding Farm and pair the original Sekhmet with any of the following partners: Bastigor, Bellanoir, Frostallion, Frostallion Noct, Icelyn, Lapure or Rayhound Cryst. Sekhmet + Sekhmet Cryst will also work, and pairing Sekhmet Cryst with any of the previously mentioned Pals also creates Sekhmet Cryst eggs.

The mod has been tested extensively and follows PocketPair's official conventions, so Sekhmet Cryst should feel like any official variant Pal in the game: a new type, different Suitabilities and her own exclusive skills.

🔹 A completely unique Ice-type Sekhmet variant that exists alongside the normal Sekhmet.

🔹 Sekhmet Cryst has its own exclusive Active Skills, Snowball Scratch and Wintersault Scratch, with proper Ice-type and ice VFX.

🔹 Sekhmet Cryst's Work Suitabilities are the following: Cooling 6, Handiwork 6, Medicine Production 4, Lumbering 3, Mining 3 and Transporting 2. And the animations were modded to actually work!

🔹 The Partner Skill, Tundra Empress, has two effects! When in party, the Player's Defense increases up to 20% (same as carrying a Menasting and a Menasting Terra at the same time), but only as long you have only one Sekhmet Cryst in the party (similar to Solenne).

🔹 The second Partner Skill effect is completely unique, and no other Pal has it as of Palworld 1. 0: when in a base, Sekhmet Cryst increases your processed materials yield (similar to Research Lab effects) up to 20%. It'll work for items like Cloth, Computer, Polymer, and so on.

🔹 Catching/defeating the Hoarfrost Sovereign Level 60 boss (or the Rayhound Cryst) rewards the Sekhmet Cryst Bounty Token, that makes Ice-type Pals stronger. Its efficiency is the same as the Frostallion Bounty Token, and their effect does stack.

🔹 Every wild Sekhmet Cryst comes with the Passive Skill Heated Body, while the boss has both Ice Emperor and Heated Body.

🔹 Uninstalling the mod while you still own a Sekhmet Cryst replaces them with a generic NPC placeholder that is invisible and can't fight or work. Nothing else is affected, and reinstalling the mod brings her back with her original stats.

Sekhmet Cryst's cold pastel colors are based on Krystal from Star Fox, Shikimori-san's blues and pinks, and Tsurara Oikawa from Nurarihyon no Mago. Light pastel blues and white fur are inspired by Krystal's fur. The yellow eyes comes from Tsurara, and so does the light blue and white. Pastel pink was a feminine touch inspired by Shikimori's hair to give her some warmth. The retexture itself was made by comparing official Pal colors and shades (Lapure, Muffly, Univolt Cryst, etc) and tweaking to look right. Original assets belongs to PocketPair.
