What it does

Ragnahawk Botan is introduced to the game as a wild Pal in the No. 1 Wildlife Sanctuary (Level 25 to 27) and also on The World Tree's green area (Level 70 to 80). It also appears as a Level 60 boss (Wings of Verdure Ragnahawk Botan) on Sakurajima (coords -613, 224). The boss fight will also reward you with a new, exclusive Bounty Token that makes your Grass-type Pals stronger.

Alternatively, use the Breeding Farm and pair the original Ragnahawk with any of the following partners: Lyleen, Palumba, Quivern Botan, Tocotoco, Tropicaw or Wumpo Botan. Ragnahawk + Ragnahawk Botan will also work, and pairing Ragnahawk Botan with any of the previously mentioned Pals also creates Ragnahawk Botan eggs.

For the saddle, catch a Fire-type Ragnahawk and unlock the technology. It'll also unlock Ragnahawk Botan's saddle, that still needs to be crafted separately. If you're playing with a "no saddles" PalSchema mod, it should be instantly craftable.

🔹 A completely unique Grass-type Ragnahawk variant that exists alongside the normal Ragnahawk.

🔹 Ragnahawk Botan has her own exclusive Active Skill, Lush Beak: Grass-type, a triple melee hit that applies Ivy status.

🔹 Ragnahawk Botan's Work Suitabilities are the following: Transporting 5, Planting 4 and Gathering 4.

🔹 It can be ridden as a flying mount with its own Ragnahawk Botan Saddle (unlocked through the Fire Ragnahawk Saddle Technology).

🔹 The Partner Skill, Verdant Wings, has three effects! While mounted, the player's attacks become Grass-type and Attack increases up to 20%.

🔹 For each other Grass-type Pal in your party, its Movement Speed and Max Stamina increase up to 25%.

🔹 Catching/defeating the Wings of Verdure Level 60 boss rewards the Ragnahawk Botan Bounty Token, that makes Grass-type Pals stronger.

🔹 Wild Ragnahawk Botan on The World Tree drops the World Tree's materials.

🔹 Uninstalling the mod while you still own a Ragnahawk Botan replaces them with a generic NPC placeholder that is invisible and can't fight or work. Nothing else is affected, and reinstalling the mod brings her back with her original stats.

Ragnahawk Botan isn't really a reference to anything. I just like red birb, and the game lacks Grass Pals, and Grass mounts, so I made green birb. The palette is based on Elgrove. Original assets belongs to PocketPair.

Localization was mostly made by splicing official PocketPair L10N texts from all languages, with some manual translations here and there. I actually do understand most Latin based languages, English, a bit of German and some Japanese. If something doesn't sound native to you, let me know and I'll fix it.

The boss fight is intended to be a mid difficulty fight, as long you don't pull the human enemies next to it. It is supposed to be the easiest Pal Variant fight from my series, as long you're in the proper level range.

The mod has been extensively developed and tested since July 2026 (2 months before Nexus release) during my own gameplay. It was made to feel both unique but also vanilla. At first, it was more of an experiment, then it turned into its own project, so I decided to release it.
