What it does

Carnibora Libero is introduced to the game as a new Raid Boss, summoned at the Summoning Altar by using the Carnibora Libero's Slab (Level 60) that can be obtained by mining vanilla meteors (3 Fragments per meteor, without mining buffs, in normal difficulty) or from Eternal Pyre's Forbidden Market and PAL Genetic Research Laboratory expeditions.as rewards. Beating the raid rewards the Ultra Slab, intended for Level 80. Raids reward an egg, raid loot, while the Ultra Raid rewards an exclusive accessory that increases Trust, and Dark/Grass Pal damage.

Alternatively, use the Breeding Farm and pair Carnibora with Bellanoir, Bellanoir Libero or Xenolord to get a Carnibora Libero egg. They can breed with Bellanoir, Bellanoir Libero, Carnibora, Hartalis, Xenogard, Xenolord, Xenovader, and with itself to produce more Carnibora Libero eggs. So this means that despite being a Raid Pal, they can inherit all Passive Skills by breeding.

🔹 A completely unique Grass and Dark-type Carnibora variant.

🔹 Four exclusive Active Skills, all Dark-type and capable of applying Poison status: Telomania (five homing poison orbs), Katasterismoi (exploding stars), Elenchos (a charged beam) and Aporrhoia (a meteor shower with shock waves).

🔹 Its raid egg always comes with Invader and Otherworldly Cells.

🔹 The Partner Skill, Grief Seed, has two effects! While in the party, its own attacks can apply Poison status, independent of what element they are. While at base, producing medicine has up to a 30% chance to yield an extra item.

🔹 Carnibora Libero's Work Suitabilities are the following: Planting 7, Medicine Production 7, Handiwork 5, Gathering 4 and Transporting 2.

🔹 Carnibora Libero glows and lights up any dark areas, similar to how most Fire Pals can do this.

🔹 The Ultra raid rewards the Carnibora Libero's Talisman Schematic (Legendary). The Talisman grants Heat Resistance Lv. 3, Cold Resistance Lv. 3, Party Pal Trust Boost, and Pal Dark and Grass Damage Enhancement Lv. 4.

🔹 Uninstalling the mod while you still own a Carnibora Libero replaces them with a generic NPC placeholder that is invisible and can't fight or work. Nothing else is affected, and reinstalling the mod brings her back with her original stats.

Carnibora Libero's palette was chosen to represent a cosmic horror and a witch. I've applied Celesdir Noct, Daedream and Sootseer effects on her to achieve her look. Original assets belongs to PocketPair.

Localization was mostly made by splicing official PocketPair L10N texts from all languages, with some manual translations here and there. I actually do understand most Latin based languages, English, a bit of German and some Japanese. Certain translations, like the name of its Partner Skill, or the Actions Skills, were taken from the official translations from the sources that they refer to, with a few exceptions (german and Italian). If something doesn't sound native to you, let me know and I'll fix it.

I was able to beat the Ultra raid with an army of maxed Pals that had the correct types and passives for the fight. The difficulty is actually lower than Bellanoir Libero and Xenolord, so if you're struggling, lower the difficulty, or bring stronger Pals. It's definitely doable!
