Hunger depletes 3x faster (compared to the vanilla 1. 5x rate). Heavy sanity penalty of -0. 5 drain (increased from the base -0. 2). Hard (Pushing Limits): Work and Movement Speed boosted to 200% (up from the default 125%). Hunger depletes 2x faster (compared to the vanilla 1. 25x rate). Moderate sanity penalty of -0. 25 drain (increased from the base -0. 1). Normal (Standard): Retains the standard vanilla 1x rates across the board with neutral sanity effects. Easy (Relaxed Pace): Work speed set to 80% (a slight bump from the default 70%). Movement speed set to 80% (lowered from the vanilla 100% to better match the relaxed pace). Bonus: Pals gain a significantly improved positive sanity recovery (+0. 2 rate, up from the base game's +0. 08) while working. Sanity & Survival Tweaks Managing your Pals' well-being has been rebalanced to make a steady food supply more critical, while slightly forgiving poor sleeping conditions: Hunger: Sanity now drops faster when Pals are hungry, with a 0. 25 drain rate (up from the default 0. 1). Severe Starvation: If they reach starvation, they take a massive hit with a 0. 5 drain rate (up from the default 0. 3). Keep those feed boxes full! Roughing It: Pals forced to sleep on the ground (in place) still lose sanity, but it is now less punishing with a reduced drain rate of -0. 02 (improved from the base game's harsh -0. 08 penalty).
