Vanilla Passives Overhaul & New EX Skills

This mod makes the following changes: 1. All vanilla passives are buffed. 2. Rainbow and gold passives get the biggest buffs. Unique Pals' signature passives are specially buffed to feel more legendary. 3. Dozens of new powerful passives are added. And it's not a balanced mod All 11 official languages are now supported: English, 简体中文，繁體中文，日本語，한국어, Français, Deutsch, Español, Русский, Italiano, Português (Brasil). If you play in any other language, the mod will automatically fall back to English — no broken text or ID placeholders will appear. I don't know how to add images to the description yet, so this is text only: 1. Added over 10 new 4-effect rainbow tier passives, including World Tree tier passives. All are stronger than vanilla. Examples: Phantom: +100% Move Speed, +100% Max Stamina, +100% Swim Speed, +3 extra midair jumps while mounted. Holy Guardian: +30% Player Shield Damage Reduction, -50% Player Shield Recovery Start Time, +50% Explosion Resistance (Pals and player), +30% Defense (Pals and player). Overlord: +20% Attack (Pals and player), +20% Life Steal (Pals and player), +30% Move Speed (Pals and player), World Tree resources do not disappear when approached. 2. Buffed unique Pals' signature passives to make them more distinct. Examples: Witch: Vanilla: +30% Dark Damage, +30% Ice Damage Changed to: +50% Dark Damage, +50% Ice Damage, -20% Active Skill Cooldown, +20% Ice Resistance. Ice Emperor: Vanilla: +30% Ice Damage Changed to: +50% Ice Damage, +30% Fire Resistance, +20% Move Speed. All Pals' signature passives get similar buffs. 3. Buffed rainbow and gold passives: expanded 1-effect passives to 2-4 effects using vanilla game mechanics. Examples: Vanguard: Vanilla: +10% Player Attack Changed to: +20% Attack (Pals and player), +20% Move Speed (Pals and player). Remarkable Craftsmanship: Vanilla: +75% Work Speed Changed to: +100% Work Speed, -10% Hunger drain rate, -10% Sanity drain rate. Vampire: Vanilla: Nocturnal, +5% Life Steal Changed to: Nocturnal, +10%
