Sekhmet Partner Tweak

Stackable version here Tweaks Sekhmet's partner skill to do the following; - Sekhmet's work speed bonus now affects all Pals working in the base. - Sekhmet's crafting efficiency bonus now affects all Pals working in the base. - Sekhmet no longer needs to be assigned to a workstation for her Partner Skill to activate. - The effects activate as long as Sekhmet is present anywhere inside the base. - Multiple Sekhmets will not stack their bonuses. Only one Sekhmet's Partner Skill effect applies at a time. Important If the partner skill description doesn't change, please check the work speed stat of a base pal before and after adding Sekhmet to see if the stat increases or not.
