(SERVER) Pals Learn Over time

Pals Learn Over time Your Pals get better at the work they actually do. Put a Pal on farming and its Farming suitability climbs with the hours; put it on mining and Mining climbs. Work suitability becomes something you GROW through play. Server-side mod. It installs on whoever runs the world — a dedicated server, or your own game in single-player. Other players need nothing, and installing it only on a client does nothing at all. How it works Learn by doing — every stretch a Pal spends on a job raises that job's suitability. The Pal you use becomes the Pal you rely on. Better Pals stay better — cost keys on the levels gained ABOVE a Pal's own base, so a high-base specialist climbs to the top far faster than a low-base Pal ever could. A real reason to catch better Pals instead of maxing whatever you tamed first. Reward variety — a Pal that rotates across several jobs earns faster than a one-job grinder (up to 2x). Spreading a Pal's work pays off; mindless single-tasking is the slow lane. A Pal with only one suitability (a Chikipi can only ranch) is barely penalized — it can't diversify, so it isn't punished for it. Earned-work ledger — progress is stored as cumulative work done, and each rank is re-derived from it. Retune the curve however you like; on restart every Pal's ranks recompute cleanly and nothing is lost. Single-player or multiplayer? Single-player / co-op host: just subscribe — the mod runs on your game. Dedicated server: this mod is SERVER-SIDE and host-authoritative. Install the Scripts folder as a UE4SS Lua mod on the server; players need nothing. (Suitability only advances while at least one player is connected — that's when the base simulation runs.) The fine print All tuning lives at the top of Scripts/config.lua: the cost curve, the per-job multipliers, and the variety-reward settings. Change a value, restart, done.
