Improved wings and fuel crafting

This mod changes few parameters about the wings, such as fuel usage and most parts related to it's speed, also it changes the base fuel crafting to give 5 wing cells per craft instead of 1 and add 2 new crafting recipes using world tree water Full list of changes for the wing parameters : Fuel consumption decreased by 50% : 5. 0 → 2. 5 per second Boost fuel consumption decreased by 50% : 10. 0 → 5. 0 per second Fuel regeneration increased by 25% : 40. 0 → 50. 0 per second Initial speed increased by 13. 6% : 2200. 0 → 2500. 0 Maximum ascending speed increased by 12. 5% : 2000. 0 → 2250. 0 Maximum descending speed increased by 7. 1% : 2800. 0 → 3000. 0 Pitch-up deceleration decreased by 21. 4% : 1400. 0 → 1100. 0 New crafting recipes for the wing cells : Vanilla recipe : 1 unit per craft → 5 units per craft Diluted fuel x50 : 25 world tree water + 10 Crude oil + 5 Mythical wood Diluted fuel x100 : 50 world tree water + 20 Crude oil + 10 Mythical wood
