Pal Passive Trait Buffs V1.0

The Pal passive Trait Buff Mod is exactly what it claims to be, a Buff to Pal Traits and also reducing the damaging negatives of various Passives. Some of it at first might seem a little over the top but that really depends on how you look at it. If that happens to be the case and you feel its a bit OP, you're able to fine tune it to your liking by following the information in the FAQ part of the description (See below). Nonetheless, I also would like to point out that I made 10 of my own from scratch ideas on terms of new Passives, and those are also in here too! Nonetheless, I'll post a preview table below so you can see what changed versus vanilla and the mod.
