Pal Element Overhaul

Changes a bunch of Pals types to give more options for team building and type diversity. Types have mostly been added and not overwritten. If a Pal has a variant that gained its other variants' type and has a unique move (such as Univolt or Rayhound) they will have access to both unique moves. They work as intended from testing and I just thought it was cool. They're added as part of the regular level-up moves. Typically earlier as the original variants tend to be weaker. ================================================================ Pals that have no animation for certain work suitabilities (Katress Cooling, Amione Kindling etc.) will just stand there but do fully progress the work. This is a limitation that Generating Electricity doesn't have presumably because it uses an attack animation from any Pal doing it. That said, this is not something I can fix. Please keep this in mind and use a monitoring station to disable those work types if you don't like it. Pals with a
