Pal Skill Overhaul (v2.0 for 1.0+)

Welcome to what aims to be the pretty extensive overhaul to the experience of using Pals and different Skills within the game. While it won't be modifying Pal stats, types, suitabilities, etc. It will change Partner Skills and Active Skills to make Pals shine in your party that wouldn't always be useful and fix some issues present with certain moves. And especially, Alpha Pals now gain additional bonuses in addition to their HP boost to make using them a bit more forgiving in exchange for the bigger hitbox. Notable changes include: -- All Funnel Pals (Daedream, Dazzi and Dazzi-Noct) have had their attack rate increased along with the scaling of their damage and move power. Each provide different strengths with status application and damage: --Daedream is the lowest raw output but has the highest attack rate, the ability to track targets easiest and increased Blindness buildup to get some fun builds online. --Dazzi has the highest raw damage and the second highest attack rate fitting for the Lady of Lightning for fast and frequent stuns that deal large damage. --Dazzi-Noct is the most mechanically changed being a middle of the road power-wise, but being able to stun while dealing Dark damage and has triple the bolts to strike enemies down. (All three Pals now additionally gain Attack scaling for each Pal in the team of their respective types if they're Alphas. (Daedream = Dark, Dazzi = Electric, Dazzi-Noct = Dark or Electric)) =============================================================== -Many Triggerable Partner Skills (Bushi, Foxparks, Nyafia, Digtoise, etc.) have had their cooldowns reduced through condensing or in general along with some getting stronger scaling for their skills to pack more punch. --Nyafia, Foxparks and Foxparks-Cryst all start with their regular cooldowns at 0 stars, but can reach as low as 15/20/20 seconds at 4 stars. Along with Nyafia extending the time it is in Shotgun Mode as it's condensed. ===============================================
