Here is the first preset of piercings for female. It works in some custom bodies but not in all, i've been told that slider has to be done on the body itself so if it doesn't work on some bodies I can't do much.

Installation:
Place .pak files in Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\~mods
If you don't have a ~mods folder create one.
I use Petra's Salon for hairs from Paetra
