Ingots crafting Multiplier

Description

This mod increases ingot crafting output, so each recipe produces more materials per craft. It affects Copper Ingot, Iron Ingot, Pal Metal Ingot, Manganese Ingot, Skyisland Ingot, World Tree Ingot, Plastic, and Stainless Steel. I originally made this mod for my own game, but I decided to share it with the community in case others want a simple crafting multiplier for ingots and related late-game materials.
