100 percent capture rate and custom capture rate Re-upload

Set your capture rate to a global static value that affects every pal. Works in singleplayer, co op and dedicated servers. Read "Disclaimer".

Open main.lua with Notepad to find:

So to set your capture rate to 80% (0. 8) you do:

captureRate = 0. 8

Disclaimer

Using values other than 1. 0 (100%) makes it so that the capture rate hovers around the set value. For example if you use 0. 8 (80%) then the capture rate hovers around 75%/80%/85%. This happens probably because there are more calculations going on behind the scenes. But using 1. 0 (100%) sets it to 100% with no issues.
