Brand Contracts

Adds ten special Artifacts to the game - the Brand Contracts. Brand Contracts are special Artifacts meant to mimic the Double Soul mechanic of the MMBN games. They are acquired the same as any other artifact, but work a bit different: - Brand Contracts can only be found when you execute a boss. - When you take a Brand Contract, it removes any other Brand Contracts you have - so you can only have one at a time. - The artifact adds a Contract Spell to your deck at the start of battle. Using this spell activates the contract. - The contract is a special effect that lasts for 3 shuffles. Your weapon is changed for the duration and spells belonging to the same Brand as the contract gain a bonus. There may also be a certain contract that isn't beholden to a particular brand... FAQ: Q: Do I need MoreLuaPower to use this mod? A: Yes. Q: Why does my deck shuffle at the start of combat? A: A work-around for a limitation of the code. Spells that add spells to your deck add them to the back, and the shuffle is necessary to ensure the contract spell doesn't always appear at the back. This is annoying, but shouldn't affect shuffle artifacts or Flash Loader. Q: Why does the suspicious-looking one stop my mana regen? A: Just shoot the weapon. I promise everything will be fine >:D ===== This Mod is in Beta! ===== - Art assets are not final - Images and video still to come - It has been well-tested but it might still be buggy - I may or may not feel like fixing said bugs - Contract effects are subject to change
