Train More - Raise the Training Limit on the Training Grounds

Raises the 4/8/12 limit on the training grounds to a configurable level.

Bu default, the three levels in the game are 4/8/12 for upgrade level 1/2/3.

This gives you a config to change it as you please. The new default config is 10/20/30.

Known Issue: Apparently, despite being able to put over 14 into training, anyone over 14 isn't actually receiving EXP.

This will be a bitch and a half digging into assembly to find/fix, so I may or may not spend a lot of time on it.

Installing

• []Install UE4SS.

  []I made this and tested it with the experimental release v3. 0. 1-632-gb734711. It will not work on the stable release, and other versions are untested.

  []The short version, is just extract so the UE4SS folder and wrapper DLL (dwmapi.dll) wind up in the same folder as the game's `Win64-Shipping.exe`.

  []Extract this to the game's root folder. The folder structure in the zip should partially match what you have already. (If unsure, use your brain and find where the zip paths and the game's paths intersect.)

  Configuration

  Edit the json file. (Use https://jsonlint.com/ to validate your file/edits if needed.)

  If the json file is not present, it will be created on load (game launch).

  THE FILE IS ONLY READ ON LOAD!!!

  These are the current options:

  • []level1Max: 10 (Game Default: 4)

    []level2Max: 20 (Game Default: 8)

    []level3Max: 30 (Game Default: 12)

    Uninstalling

    I haven't tested what happens if the training count is higher than the max, without the mod.

    Either way, you should probably be un-marking people from training first.

    Troubleshooting

    As this is loaded by UE4SS, this also writes to the UE4SS log. (Octopath_Traveler0\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\UE4SS.log)

    Check that file for something like the following:

    Config JSON path: O:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Octopath_Traveler0\Octopath_Traveler0\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\Train More\dlls\main.json

    Loaded config.
