ZZZ's Races and Birthsign rebalance for Oblivion Remastered

Rebalances the races to be more Skyrim like so that any race can be any class/type after leveling up to allow more expansive role-playing. Meanwhile, where most races were weakened, birth signs have been strengthened and diversified to fit more play styles. NOT LORE FRIENDLY (probably)

• []Argonian- 50% resistance to disease. Water Breathing. Hist Skin power to recover 5HP per sec for 60 seconds

• []Khajiit- 25% resist frost. Night Eye and Eye of Fear power

• []Breton- 25% resist magic. Dragon Skin power provides 50pts spell absorption for 30 seconds

• []Imperial- Voice of the Emperor power calms everyone nearby for 60 seconds. Star of the West power unchanged, absorb 100 Fatigue.

• []Redguard- 50% Poison resistance and the Adrenaline Rush power provides +10 Fatigue regen for 60 seconds but lost attribute bonuses.

• []Nord- 50% Frost resist. Shield of Ysgramor provides shield 30pts for 60 seconds

• []Dark Elf- +50% Fire resistance, and Ancestor’s Wrath power creates a 30ft area of

  effect that deals 2pts fire damage and 30% weakness to fire for 30

• []High Elf- +50pts of Magicka and 50% paralysis resist (a callback to Elder Scrolls: Battlespire)

• []Wood Elf- 50% poison, disease, and paralysis resist (So that they do not suck as much) and Beast Tongue power has increased potency.

• []Orc- 10% magic resist, 25% poison, disease, and paralysis resist. Berserk

  power now adds 50 Strength, 50 Speed, 100 Health, and 200 Stamina for 45

  seconds but drains Agility 100pts and damages Fatigue 10pts per second

  for 90 seconds
