Weapon and Armor Weight Rebalance

I am not a fan of super heavy weapons.

By this I mean a sword weighing 10 times more than a dagger. I've held both in real life and they don't weigh 10 times more.

While this is a game it is still not ideal.

Arrows seemed actually ok, though they seem to align better with the idea that 1 = 1kg with 0. 1 kg being the weight of a good longbow arrow.

However material type matters so I have also scaled by type:

To install either use a mod manager, or manually drop this file into \steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data and add the plugin to Plugins.txt
