Waterfront Shack (Spell Altar for Player Home and Backyard Gardens Patch)

This mod adds both the Spellmaking and Enchating Altars House Upgrades and The Backyard Gardens Upgrades to the Three Brothers Trade Upgrade Merchant (I forgot his name). In order to work you need to download the mods: Backyard Gardens and the Optional Backyard Gardens - Waterfront Shack and Buy Enchanting and Spellmaking Altars. Place the mod BELOW those mods in the load order.

This mod was inspired by gpthree's mod that does the same thing to all player houses except the Waterfront Shack. So I didn't feel like waiting for him to make a patch so I made my own. Hope you Enjoy!

P. S. This mod was made with the "Reasonable Prices" version of gpthree's mod in mind so the prices for Backyard Gardens and Altars should reflect this. If you don't like it then make a submod that makes them cheaper/more expensive.
