Tutorial Skip and sneak 100

a simple save game that skips tutorial sewers and has sneak 100... yes I really sat for 6+ hours for this XD. i tried to make the character look like OG Sheogorath free to change if you like. It's just a save game put where your game saves are the character is called Sheogorath

place the file at "Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\SaveGames"

I'm on windows 11 so this is where my save games are located
