The Salty Muffin

Adds a small boat that can be used as a home, contains spellmaking/enchanting altars and a magical basin that will cure all diseases including vampirism. This was added as a new interior cell and there are some strange issues when trying to exit back outside so the only door that is active is the main front door, please wait a second or 2 after exiting the boat before trying to move.

It just kind of is what it is, I wanted to use it in my playthrough and I figured I would post it up here too. Theres a chest in the main room with some ridiculous armor in it, I left it enabled because it was already there.
