it is a completely separate item in-game from the 1. 0 velvet outfits. it will appear as a dress on-model regardless of the character's gender, and unfortunately there is clipping on the male model. i couldn't get the blueprints to do the male/female variants properly rip, but i am working on a version for the suit.

you CAN have the 1. 0 velvet outfits and the 1. 1 dresses with physics installed at the same time, but please note that divine elegance will only have the dresses with physics for sale.

also there's a known bug with custom clothes that have physics assets - if you change cells (i.e. go through a door that has a loading screen) while wearing the outfit in first person, the mesh will disappear. re-equipping the item usually fixes this in my experience, sometimes you need to change cells again and then re-equip the item. changing cells in 3rd person avoids the bug.

installation is the same as with 1. 0, but add velvetphysics.esp to your plugins.txt

adds 5 new standalone velvet outfits to the game. choose from red, green, deep blue, white, or black. or don't choose and just take them all! this mod makes that possible!!!

for sale at divine elegance in the imperial city market district (and should respawn with palonirya's inventory)

please note there is a small bug when shopping - the icons for the suit appear even if you have a dress wearing character, but once you exit the shop and open your inventory the icons should be correct.

also note that these items can't be enchanted - if you enchant them the meshes will become invisible and so will your character's torso. kinda fun, but definitely not intended. this is a known issue with custom items and i don't think there's a fix for it right now.

installation

this mod requires ue4ss and TesSyncMapInjector to work.

i also highly recommend obse and nl tag remover for quality of life, but they are not strictly required for the mod to run

once you have ue4ss and TESsyncmap installed:

place the Content folder in the \Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\ directory - it should drop all the files into the correct spots, but i'll list where they go too:

-place the standalone velvet outfits folder in the Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\mods folder

-place the velvetoutfits.esp in the \Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data folder.
