A brief summery of the first few steps:
Import any individual PSK file into Blender using the settings below, and edit to your heart's content. Blender tutorial not included.
Be sure to rename the skeleton and its internal skeleton to "Armature" and remove any stray ". 001" on the end of names.
Once you've finished editing your model, export it via "File->Export->FBX (.fbx)", using the settings below:
