Sigil Stones Re-imagined

So, since kuertee's Magicka Based Enchantment Limits do not work with OBR, I decided to go shortest way to achieve multiple constant effects on one item.

In this mod, Sigil Stones are re-imagined. As in unmodded version they come in five tiers, but the naming convetion is totally different.

Example: Ranger's Sigil Stone (I)

Ranger's - gives general idea what kind of enchants to expect. Unfortunately game engine does not allow to see all effects when you click the stone.. In this case - Fortify Agility, Strength, Marksman and Blade

In brackets are tiers.

No effects chart right now, use screenshots provided.

Works with Sigil Stone Selector, but would need a patch for naming. I might try to do it later.

Effect logic:

Attribute like in vanilla - 7,8,9,10,12

Skills - 4,6,8,10,12

Health, Fatigue, Magicka - 10,20,30,40,50

Resists, shields - either 5 or 6 and then each tier adds same amount, so 5,10,15 or 6,12,18 etc.

WIth exception of Mindspire stone, which has Fortify Magicka Multiplier as only beneficial effect and drains your strength and combat skills - this one is for pure mages only,

and Mindward stone, which boosts Magicka by 20/40/60/80/100.|

I did not mess with on-hit weapon effects, as I use many mods that alter number of charges and generally it is possible to put more than one effect on weapon. I only increased number of uses for on-hit effects from 170 (lowest tier) to 230 (highest).
