Shady Sam Is a Fence Patch for Spell Freedom - Unique Spells

The original mod author of Less Restrictictive spells has stated i have permission to upload this mod in their stead they stated they would like to make shady sam afence in one of their posts on the oiginal mod page (https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/138) but since they got burnt out i went and did it, theyt said they were only focused on bug fixes for now though. any way this mod has been tested to work and now Shady Sam is nw a Fence for the thieves guild (once you join of course) he should also buy stolen goods wether or not your a member of the theives guild because his responsibility is set to 20. Also if there are any bugs with this please be kind this is my first mod thanks in advance!
