Just drop the json in your :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\RaceMenuUtilities\Presets
You may have a separate folder for NBO presets, put it there if you do.
I use a second hair in the mustache slot to fill it out more, this means hair will show through helms/hoods. To remove the "mustache" open the console and type:
rmu set mustache /Game/Dev/Phenotypes/Mustache/HP_MS_None. HP_MS_None
