resurrect

now you can resurrect npcs with a spell.

spell "resurrect" is added to your magics (its area on touch)

works only on dead non essential npcs (otherwise it corrupted my essential follower)

extract that .esp to

OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

and add the .esp to plugins.txt

just to say:

if you killed someone you want to fight against again.. DO NOT exit the game and resurrect him after that.

i have no idea why, but "not fresh resurrected npcs" will not attack you anymore.
