Makes Restoration spells/powers and Absorption spells/powers do so overtime.
Restoration and Absorption Over Time
This mod make Restoration and absorption spells for healing, fatigue etc do so over time. Spells still restore the same amount just over a gradual period now.
If I missed any please let me know! Some higher level spells have a duration already so I decided to leave those unchanged for now but am open to suggestions.
Installation
Place the plugin in your data folder where your Oblivion.esm is, and add the full plugin name to your plugins.txt file.
Install location should be OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
