Repair Dareloth's Door (Thieves Guild)

Removes the planks from Dareloth's Door in the imperial city waterfront. You need to be Thieve's Guild Guildmaster to get the key for it.

Also adds a fast travel marker.

Well, to be more precise, it just puts a big door in front of the planks

Ideally I'd just replace the house model (since the planks are on the house model itself), but because of "precombines 2. 0" (as we are calling it), the house itself is on a umap file, and editing on esp or replacing model with syncmap injectiondoes nothing.
