Reduced Speed Drain on Hatreds Soul and Hatreds Heart

Very basic change to enchantment stats using xEdit that are exclusively used for Bow of Hatred & Hatreds Soul: Drain Attribute: Speed decreased to 1 point per second for (X) seconds dependent on weapon level.

These vanilla weapons are otherwise game breaking IMO.

Weapons can be found

Options include either:

-All weapon levels' speed drain changed to 1pt

-Weapons have Speed drain reduced by ~2/3 (on average across the 6 weapon levels)

Installation-Download 1 main file

-Drop the . ESP file into "OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data"

-Open "Plugins.txt" file located in the same folder

-Add either "Goats Weapon Changes.esp" or "Goats Weapon Changes_stillOP.esp" to a new row (near or at bottom of list) & save.    Must be placed below things like Inventory Sorting Tags
