  In vanilla Oblivion, you often quickly accumulate thousands and thousands of Gold.. mountains of money.. piles and piles of doubloons... and nowhere to spend them! What do you do with all this Gold, anyway?!

  Use it to raise your Skills, of course!

  I'm not talking about Training... oh no, who needs that? I'm talking about SKILL SEALS!

  What Are Skill Seals?

  Skill Seals are shiny blue spheres of energy that the player needs in order to increase their Major and Minor Skills, and thus gain experience towards leveling up. Skill usage no longer increases the corresponding Skill!

  One Skill Seal = One Skill Point.

  Where Can I Find Skill Seals?

  Skill Seals are exclusively found within Dungeons, Oblivion Gates, and some choice outside areas. Chests, Coffers, Coffins, Casks, fleshy sacks of body parts... you name it!

  If scouring Dungeons for Skill Seals is too much work, you can also spend your hard-earned Gold to acquire Skill Seals using the Tome of Knowledge.

  What is the Tome of Knowledge?

  When Reborn Mode is activated, the player will be given their very own fresh copy of the Tome of Knowledge. This magical text divulges its secrets only in exchange for Skill Seals.... and if you're short on Seals, it always accepts Gold!
