Races RESPECted - Oblivion Style

This is an adaptation of one of my favourite Race Rebalance mods for Morrowind, Races RESPECted. You'll find that in general Race Attributes, Skills, and Passives are closer to their Morrowind counterparts with a few adjustments here and there. There are also a few new Passives and Greater Powers based on each Race's Lore. If you like what I've done here, I suggest you check out Races RESPECted for Morrowind.
