Installation process:
1. Download the latest Reshade (https://reshade.me/)
2. During installation, point it to \OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\OblivionRemastered-Win64-Shipping.exe and select all effects
3. Unzip the contents of the preset into \OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\
4. Boot up the game, press "Home"(default key) to open Reshade and select Pureblivion.ini
