PSARS - Player Sneak And Run Speed

Hello everyone!

I'm so tired of always having to run in games... fast... really fast!

This is my new experiment with ChatGPT, and here’s what we came up with:

v 3. 3 Main

1. Run (CAPSLOCK OFF) --- Decreased (not very much);

2. Sneak run (CAPSLOCK OFF) --- Decreased (almost like walking speed);

3. Sneak walk (CAPSLOCK ON) --- Decreased a lot (now you REALLY sneak).

Added full controller support. No need to change any settings.

v 4. 0 Extended

Complete overhaul of all speed values and animation rates. The speed of regular running has been further reduced. All parameters related to movement speed and animation timing for running, crouching, blocking, being overencumbered, or holding a weapon have been completely overhauled. More info in sticky post.

Recommended for use if you don't plan to alter anything.

All speed values are based on my personal preferences. I left the walking speed vanilla because it's the default speed of NPCs, and it suits me.

Movement speed will still scale with your Athletics skill. Affects running and sneaking speed (when running).

I would recommend disabling it, but it's up to you.

Installation:

This mod works through UE4SS. Make sure it's installed and enabled. Extract the PlayerSpeed folder from the archive into the following directory:

Steam: --- OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\UE4SS\Mods\PlayerSpeed

GamePass: --- OblivionRemastered\Binaries\WinGDK\UE4SS\Mods\PlayerSpeed
