Proper Imperial Legion Foresters

With this mod Legion Foresters are now equipped with leather boots, gauntlets, greaves and shortswords. The cold-weather Forester has kept his fur greaves and now has fur boots as well. This gives them a very visually distinct look to match their role as the legions scouts. I took some inspiration from Immersive Imperial Legion and used Better Imperial Legion Forester's records to find the foresters, but this mod's changes are specific to my mod. In any case credit to molerats's and braxusx. Carries forward UORP changes, but does not require it.
