Proper Imperial Legion Archers

With this mod Legion Archers are now equipped with silver daggers and chainmail greaves and helmets along with leather boots and gauntlets. This gives them a very visually distinct look to match their role as light ranged infantry. They all now carry torches as well to use at night. I took some inspiration from Immersive Imperial Legion and used this mod's records to find the archers, but this mod's armor changes are very different from that mod's changes. In any case credit to molerats's for inspiring this mod.
