Uses only vanilla assets so this should be compatible with any retextures.
Reshaped Umbra to be a bit more practical. Also makes the previously white gems purple and glowy to match the central gem. 7 options for the crossguard quillons, because I couldn't make up my mind. "Wavy" is the closest vibe to vanilla, I'd say.
Install:
-Make a new folder named "Practical Arsenal - Umbra" inside:
\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\~mods\
-Unrar downloaded .rar file into said new folder
